Suspected coronavirus case in Brisbane

A Brisbane man is being tested for a deadly new virus which has so far killed four people.

The man presented to his local GP with a respiratory illness after returning from Wuhan, China, where the coronavirus originated.

He has been isolated to his home and it will be a couple of days before it’s known if he has contracted the illness.

Oliver Peterson spoke with the University of Sydney’s infectious disease expert Professor Ramon Shaban.
