CFMMEU official accused of racially abusing safety supervisor

The Australian Building and Construction Commission has launched legal action against the CFMMEU and two of its officials, amid claims of racial vilification on a city worksite.

ABCC Commissioner Stephen McBurney told Mornings with Gareth Parker, John Windus and Stephen Parker were involved in the alleged incident at the Doubletree Hilton construction site in the CBD.

CFMEU State Secretary Mick Buchan then told Gareth, the ABCC is biased.
