Last week Oliver Peterson took a tour of a live export sheep ship for a Channel 9 & 6PR exclusive.

The industry has formed coalition called “The Sheep Collective.” It’s a collection of farmers, truck drivers, vets and industry representatives who want to be open and transparent about the live export trade. They want to make sure the industry has a future.

This is the brain child of vet Dr Holly Ludeman who took Oly on the tour ahead of the launch of this initiative.

“We’re here to launch The Sheep Collective, which is Emanuels recognising that we need to do more about transparency and gaining the trust of producers  and the community.”
