Could the Bourke st attack have been prevented?

Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton says WA is not immune when it comes to the threat of terrorism, in the wake of the Bourke street terror attack in Melbourne.

Mr Dutton told Mornings with Gareth Parker, some of the 400 people being monitored nationwide as potential terror threats, are based in WA.
