90yo waits four days for surgery on broken leg

David Quick was horrified when his 90 year old mother was forced to wait for surgery at Royal Perth Hospital.
The elderly woman broke her leg last week, but her son has told Gary Adshead, it would be four days before she underwent surgery.
RPH’s Acting Executive Director, Dr Aresh Anwar denies the delay was due to cost cutting.
