The AFL released the fixtures for the 2017 season today, but what does it mean for our West Australian teams?

The Eagles have to play the reigning premiers twice as well as both Sydney teams on repeat occasions.

Meanwhile the Dockers play one top six team from last season twice, and do not have to travel to either Darwin or Tasmania for the first time since 2011.

Karl Langdon and Brad Hardie spoke to both clubs CEO’s, Trevor Nisbett and Steve Rosich, to get their thoughts on next years draw.
