WA’s golf phenoms have embedded themselves even deeper in PGA history, with Minjee Lee battling hard to secure the LPGA’s BMW Ladies Championship in a tight playoff against US player Alison lee.

As it happened, her brother Min Woo Lee stepped up and is now on the verge of earning his own PGA Tour card.

6PR sports reporter Mark Foreman told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast Lee dropped some spectacular shots to earn the title.

“It was a massive day for the Lees; there’s no doubt they’re now WA’s golfing royalty,” Mr Foreman said.
