New data shows that Perth’s rental prices have dropped and according to experts are expected to continue on going down. Despite the drop WA is still the second most expensive state to rent in.

Tim McMillan spoke to Dr Andrew Wilson, Senior Economist at Australian Property Monitors, about WA’s drop in rental prices and the reason for it.
