Premier MARK McGOWAN has given some final words of encouragement to the West Coast Eagles players and support heading into tomorrow’s Grand Final.

A bet with his Victorian counterpart that will see the MCG lit up in Eagles colours if they win and Optus Stadium in black and white if they lose.
