Shine Lawyers is asking Indigenous Australians who believe they or a relative have been forcibly removed from family since 1992 to be part of an investigation into a possible Class Action.

WA is the latest state to be accused of what the firm is labelling a second wave of the Stolen Generation.

Complaints are also being made about New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.
