WA director hits it big

Article image for WA director hits it big

An apocalyptic film set and produced in Perth opens in theatres next week. The film’s director, Zak Hilditch, spoke to The Weekend Wake Up about These Final Hours which he calls ‘a love letter to Perth’.

The Curtain University Graduate and Palmyra resident wrote the film – which details the final hours before a cataclysmic event is about to destroy life as we know it – in 2009.

Kent and Sue spoke to Mr Hilditich about his first feature film which opens in theatres on July 31.

If it was your last day on earth what would you do?
