WA auxiliary police officers say no to 1.5% pay rise over two years
The WA Police Union says the state’s police auxiliary officers have rejected a pay rise of 1.5% over the next two years.
More than 200 members have voted against the pay rise, that the union claims is actually a pay decrease, going by Treasury’s own CPI projections for the next two years.
WAPU President George Tilbury spoke to Gary Adshead on the 6PR Morning Show about the union’s counter offer on behalf of its members.
