A Mandurah brewery has been named the winner of the country’s best dark lager after snagging the Champion Australia Beer award at the 2025 Australian International Beer Awards.

Wedgetail Brewing co-owner Howie Croft spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter and said their dark lager was something they had been brewing for a long time and over the years had tweaked to perfection.
