Premier Mark McGowan says a ‘circuit breaker’ is need to deal with the issues plaguing the City of Perth council. 

He says he had hoped the resignation of Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi would’ve been the circuit breaker needed to fix the problems but considering the Lord Mayor hasn’t stood aside the Government would continue with it’s task of reviewing and reforming the Local Government Act.
