The state manager of the National Disability Scheme of WA is welcoming reports the government will introduce a no-fault insurance scheme in the state budget.

It’s understood the decision will see motorists pay an extra $100 a year on their compulsory car registration premiums.

Disability Groups have long been calling for the introduction of a no-fault-insurance scheme.

Julie Waylan told Gary Adshead the time is right.
