Madonna has had to pull out and postpone her upcoming tour after she was found unresponsive due to a “serious bacterial infection’.

The 64-year-old was rushed to hospital and spent several days in intensive care, but is likely to make a full recovery.

Entertainment guru Peter Ford told Karl and Gena on 6PR Breakfast it’s the latest health scare for another international music star about to head on tour.

“It’ll be a while before she’s in a position to get back on stage because she’s still got to get over this infection,” Mr Ford said.
