Shark numbers remain unknown

A four year investigation has been unable to determine whether the number of great white sharks off WA has been going up or down.
Dr Rick Fletcher from the Fisheries Department has told Gary Adshead, the inconclusive evidence allows the public to create its own ‘risk profile’ when going to our beaches.
