The Federal Government has passed a new law that will make it harder for people to illegally download movies and TV shows such as Game of Thrones.

The anti-piracy legislation will help block Australians from accessing sites that have pirated contents.

It will include websites such as The Pirate Bay and streaming services including Project Free TV.
