Search for a Perth soldier

Perth picture framer, Penny, is searching for the owner of a special framed document that was never picked up.
The forgotten framed item honours of a member of the SAS, and has been sitting in Penny’s shop since 1999.

Laurie found WWII discharge papers in a tin he picked up at a Ledge Point tip, that also contained a will and a marriage certificate.
He tells Gary Adshead he’d like to get the papers to the family of the soldier.
