Back to back champions and the Perth Scorchers could be even better this year according to Adam Gilchrist.

The Scorchers number one ticket holder and Channel 10 Big Bash commentator says the addition of English international David Willey is an outstanding acquisition. 

But Perth won’t have it all their way this season which starts on Thursday night between Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers.

Gilchrist says this year has the best all round talent that’s come to Australia for the Big Bash season – and one team to look out for is the Melbourne Renegades who’ve recruited West Indies duo Chris Gayle and Dwyane Bravo.
