In a turn against the growing calls for changes in the West Coast Eagles camp, a group of devoted fans have created a Change.org petition to keep embattled coach Adam Simpson in the big seat.

“We, the undersigned members and supporters of the West Coast Eagles, are writing to express our overwhelming support for Coach Adam Simpson and to petition the club to retain his services for the foreseeable future,” the petition reads.

Nine News presenter Mark Readings told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast the movement is a growing trend.

“There were hundreds at Mineral Resources Park saying they want to keep Simmo,” Mr Readings said.
