In an absolutely unhinged attempt to earn a world record, Kalgoorlie local and friend of 6PR Connor Mallis is attempting to play 100 holes of golf in one day.

He’s one of ten avid golfers planning to set the record – although at the time of recording, two contestants had already dropped out.

“We’re speedrunning this course at the moment; we’re up to the 18th now,” Mr Mallis said.

“I lost count after the fifth hole.”
