Roseanne Barr has put herself in extremely hot water again, this time for making controversial remarks regarding the Holocaust.

While on the The Von Podcast Barr started discussing the tendency for false information to make headlines, and used extreme views on Jews and the Holocaust as an example.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Karl and Gena on 6PR Breakfast the comments were obviously sarcastic, but likely poorly thought-out either way.

“I’m not for a second defending it… but what she was doing there was setting up falsehoods that we’re told we should believe,” Mr Ford said.
