Although last year’s barnstormer Barbie has been nominated for eight Academy Awards, it’s star Margot Robbie has not earned the same reward – despite fans clamouring for her standout performance.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl it’s an extremely tough year coming up for any actor, with multiple films serving up the Oscar bait.

“People are very confused; in fact Ryan Gosling has released a very strong-worded statement,” Mr Ford said.

“If only she had put on a fake nose and frizzed up her hair, she might have had a chance.”
