A new study has brought the threat of SUVs and utes to vulnerable pedestrians and cyclists back into the headlights.

Pedestrian Council of Australia CEO Harold Scruby spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson ahead of National Walk Safely to School Day on Friday, and said Australians who purchase and drive larger 4WD’s should be forced to have a special license.
