Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro was captured by US forces during a military attack, and is set to stand trial for criminal charges in the United States.

“This is a fundamental violation of international law, no matter how you might seek to characterise the Maduro regime,” Professor Rothwell told Chrissy Morrissy.
