A quadriplegic man has described Virgin Airlines as "acting like bullies" – after he was accidentally tipped from his wheelchair by a staff member at Perth airport.

Jeremy Baldocksuffered a broken rib – and cuts to his hand and elbow in the accident in December – he was unable to work for the entire month of January.

He’s since asked the airline to refund the cost of his holiday – and medical costs – but Virgin has refused.

Mr Baldock says he’s not even had an apology.
