The Perth Children’s Hospital debacle took another turn yesterday, when WA’s building industry regulator identified the QE2 medical centre’s ring main as the likely source of the lead contamination.

The report suggests the previous State government had misled the public over the lead source.

The Morning Show’s Gareth Parker offered a timeline for the fiasco, before again seeking answers from Health minister Roger Cook:
