Western Australia is dragging its feet on outlawing coercive control despite the terrible behaviour already being banned in Queensland, NSW, and Victoria.

Today is White Ribbon Day – a day highlighting the global movement of men and boys working to end male violence against women and girls.

Relationships Australia WA counsellor and manager Fiona Bennett joined Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live to help us understand what coercive control is and how seriously the insidious behaviour should be taken.
