An inventive Dunsborough local has become very popular after he decided to set up a tiki bar on a sandbar for all his mates.

Brad, the Sandbar bar owner, told 6PR Breakfast hosts Ian and Mick that the idea was supposed to be a one-off, but four years later, he is still inviting friends to sample his own brew.

“It’s all free and we just do it for a bit of fun and it’s a bit of a hoot,” he said
