Madonna’s Confessions II has claimed the No.1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, while the Michael Jackson biopic, Michael, has surpassed $1 billion in global ticket sales.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told 6PR Breakfast hosts Karl and Mick that this success has secured a sequel.

“Whether the follow-up movie is going to include any of the unsavoury stuff and controversial stuff, we don’t know”, he said.
