UK Police now have enough evidence to begin an investigation into the quickly-growing list of sexual allegations against Russell Brand.

The 48-year-old comedian and actor has vehemently denied multiple allegations of rape and grooming brought against him since the weekend.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Karl and Gena on 6PR Breakfast the police investigation has only now begun thanks to reports being filed.

“They actually put out a call to say, ‘Anybody out there who has a story to tell, come and see us’,” Mr Ford said.
