Oyster Shucker to the stars, Jerry Fraser, talks “what’s on in Perth”.

This week Jerry spoke with Tony McManus about how a new brewery has opened in East Perth. Bright Tank Brewing Co. is located at 100 Brown Street in East Perth, and was founded by husband and wife team Mathew Moore and Gemma Sampson. The new bar and restaurant all-in-one, is Perth’s first “beergustation” menu.

Also, the Swan Valley gets its first Italian inspired coffee bar. Willing Coffee is open from 6.30am to 4pm weekdays.
