Western Power pay freeze

Western Power has proposed a pay freeze for its workforce, as it prepares to open negotions on a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
Under the proposal, employees would recieve a 0% pay increase in first year of the new EBA, and an increase in-line with CPI for the following two years.
The Morning Program’s Gareth Parker spoke to the Wayne Wood from the Australian Services Union, who says his members just won’t cop that.
