WA parliamentarians ‘setting bad example’ in marathon sitting session
Parliamentarians have held a marathon 20 hour sitting debating the merits of the Voluntary Assisted Dying legislation.
Labor’s Margaret Quirk spoke with Gareth Parker shortly after the session ended at 5.22am.
She told Gareth there’s a touch of madness in the lengthy debate sitting.
Gareth went a step further and parliamentarians are ‘setting a bad, or potential dangerous example’.
