Climbing Uluru will be a thing of the past come October 2019 after the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park Board voted unanimously to impose the ban.

Traditional land owners have been angered by the way the area has been treated by tourists and operators over the years given the landmark’s deep cultural significance.

Steve and Baz spoke with Mulgas Adventures Tour Manager, Ray Shipway, about the area and the change and asked listeners if they have been to the great rock.
