The five story development on the site of the old Sari Club has been put on hold. Work was set to begin yesterday but now senior people from the Bali Peace Park Association are set to meet the owners of the site.

President of the Indonesia Institute Ross Taylor spoke to Oliver Peterson to explain further this latest development.

In addition to this, Mr Taylor commented on the shocking footage shown on Channel Seven of Aussies behaving badly in the popular tourist destination.

“That behaviour beats anything I have seen in 45 years. It goes beyond what I would even call ‘bogan’ behaviour.”
