REIWA president Damian Collins says uncertainty for both buyers and sellers is the biggest factor causing the slump in residential sales.

“When you are looking at buying a home it is a huge investment. People are just sitting on their hands,” he said.

“It’s not just the buyers who have disappeared either, sellers have just decided they do not want to sell right now either.”
