The Fair Work Ombudsman has concluded its investigation into Uber and found its drivers to be independent contractors, not employees.
Tim Dawson from the Transport Workers’ Union told Oliver Peterson the ombudsman has got it wrong and Australian workers should be alarmed by this decision.
