A Swanbourne deli is fighting to keep its sidewalk seating area, after the local council expressed concerns the business was operating as a restaurant.
Kirkwood Deli co-owner, Zac Phillips, told Mornings with Gareth Parker, he’s urging the council to take a common-sense approach to the issue.
