State Govt looking at freezing power prices

The Treasurer has confirmed the State Government is looking at the possibility of freezing power prices – in the 2020-21 budget.

Such a move would cost the budget around $100 million, Ben Wyatt says it’s not about buying votes.

He’s told Gareth Parker on Mornings the Government would like to provide some relief to West Australians – conceding it’s been a difficult few years.
