Should we pay to use a public toilet?

There’s a port-a-loo with a view at Cottesloe Beach as the feud continues between the Indiana restaurant and the Town of Cottesloe, but 6PR Breakfast’s Steve and Baz say most people wouldn’t mind paying to use a public toilet.

The City of Perth has a paid public toilet, many places around the world charge to use the loo, Steve and Baz asked the 6PR Breakfast listeners… where have you paid to pee?

The Indiana restaurant has been paying for the upkeep of the public toilets at Cottesloe Beach for years and asked the local Council to assist, but they haven’t come to the party. As a result, a decision was made by Indiana’s bosses to lock up the toilets. Port-a-loos have since been brought in due to demand.
