Three people have died and nine were injured in a head on crash near Lancelin where a bus carrying passengers and a 4WD towing a caravan collided on Sunday afternoon.

Shire of Gin Gin President Ian Collard spoke to us saying that in his experience driving the stretch between Cervantes and Guilderton, the common denominator with crashes was often human error.
