A serial sex offender is set to be released from a WA prison despite a judge indicating he continues to have an entrenched deviant sexual interest in young girls.

The 65-year-old, who can only be known as ‘MGD’, will be released to an undisclosed suburb under strict supervision orders.

State Attorney General John Quigley then spoke with Gareth, about what conditions can be placed on his release.
