Scitech’s own chocolate factory

Scitech has created a machine that most of us would drool over, a chocolate 3D printer!
The invention does away with the old moulds, making unique chocolate creations in a variety of shapes.

“In fact you can make shapes that would be impossible with a mould, things that have internal cavities or complex geometries,” Tim Young the Scitech wrangler told 6PR.

Millsy asked how long it would take to make a Baz-head-shaped chocolate with the printer.
“If you wanted it to be life like, that level of complexity would probably take two hours,” Mr Young replied.
