Rotto’s online booking system has gone down again today. It’s bad timing with people trying to book their holidays for 2020.

Rottnest Island Authority Executive Director Michelle Reynolds told Oliver Peterson that it is a global outage that has affected their system.

Earlier this year the online system was down for month due to technical issues. They have since upgraded to a new platform with a disappointing outcome today.

The Rottnest Island Authority hopes that the system will be back up for tomorrow.
