There’s been a promising development for a Perth man hoping to open a boutique wine bar in Northbridge, after police had recommended restrictive liquor licencing conditions.

Perth doctor Sam Winfield joined Mornings with Gareth Parker yesterday to express his frustration at a push to see him forced to have one security guard for every 25 patrons, and banned from selling takeaway wine.

But Sam today joined Mornings to share some good news about his hopes to open Wines of While.
