Pre-employment marijuana tests banned in Nevada

Kirk Clyatt (filling in for Bob Tarlau) gives a detailed account of the news of the day in the United States of America every weekday morning.

On Thursday, Kirk spoke about a new law in Nevada that says that it is unlawful for any employer to fail or refuse to hire an employee because the prospective employee submitted to a screening test and the results of the test indicate the presence of marijuana however there are some exceptions and the 65 year old man trying to make the US Olympic Ping Pong team.
