Polly Farmer was an iconic AFL player and left an incredible legacy on-the-field, but he has also left an enduring legacy off-the-field through the Graham Polly Farmer Foundation, which provides academic enrichment and career planning for Aboriginal students across Australia.

Polly’s daughter, Kim Farmer joined Simon on Afternoons ahead of the East Perth and West Perth Clash. They will compete for the Polly Farmer Shield at Leederville Oval, Saturday, 18 August, Bounce Down 3:10pm.
