An inexperienced motorcyclist has been snapped on his mobile phone, while travelling at more than 80 kilometres an hour on Kwinana freeway.
Mornings listener Craig told Gareth Parker, he couldn’t believe what he was seeing, so asked a colleague to snap a picture.
